We ship globally to almost every country, and we use the services of trusted international carriers including DHL Express, FedEx, and YanWen Standard Shippingto ensure your package reaches its destination quickly and safely. We also offer free flat rate shipping on all of our products to most destinations.
Order Successful
After you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
Processing
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. Kindly note a small number of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability.
The below delivery times are calculated by using business days and delays may be caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.
Reminder: The estimated delivery time is a general guide and does not apply to certain remote areas.
Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
Delivered
Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
We highly recommend that customers purchase a tracking number and shipping insurance during the check out for peace of mind when waiting for their package.
Tax
Please note that all packages are shipped from various warehouses. Our goods are shipped on a "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) basis. Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties and VAT; therefore, depending on the customs policies of your specific country or region and the shipping method selected, any applicable import duties and VAT may be the responsibility of the buyer. For further details, we recommend consulting your local customs authorities.
Note:
The delivery time mentioned in the guide does not include the processing time of the order. Order processing time usually takes 2-7 business days, but it only takes 2-3 business days for overseas warehouse orders.
The delivery guide does not apply to certain selected remote locations as well.
The delivery cost depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the delivery method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when checkout.
In addition, the standard delivery can reach the majority of countries, while the priority line can reach most of the main countries, below are the estimated delivery times.
YanWen Standard shipping:Typically 5-20 business days for delivery
DHL Express Delivery:Generally 3-5 business days of transportation time
FedEx Express Delivery:Generally 5-7business days of transportation time
