II. Tiered Discount Levels

The percentage of the respective discounts of the different classes refers to the accounting period of 180 days. If an order is longer than 180 days completed it is not counted in the loyalty discount scheme.

For the actual calculating are only successfully completed orders counted. You will be notified automatically from our system via e-mail as soon as we unlocked a loyalty discount class for you.

III. Program Details

Automatic Upgrade: Once your account's cumulative purchase amount reaches the threshold for the next tier, you will automatically enjoy the new discount on your next order.

Tier Retention Mechanism: Your tier is valid for 6 months. Within any 6-month period, if your purchase amount reaches 80% of your current tier, you will retain your tier.

Discount Scope: Applicable to most products marked "Participate in VIP Program" on the website (excluding special clearance items and customized products; please refer to the product page for details).

Price Protection: While enjoying the discount, you can also enjoy even better prices during regular promotions (excluding special events).

IV. How to Participate?

A、Default Enrollment: All registered enterprise-certified customers/historical purchase customers will be automatically assigned an initial tier based on their data from the past 6 months.

B、View Status: Log in to your account and view the following in real-time in the "My VIP Tier" dashboard:
